Please note that all orders will be processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If you are looking for a next day pick up, please call the store AFTER placing your order to confirm we can have it ready for you.

Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed Monday morning with the earliest available pick up being Monday after 2pm.

Please understand that we make everything fresh, by the order, in small batches that are packed by hand. Therefore the more notice you give us the better! We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all orders under $100, and 72 hours notice for any larger orders. If you are tight on time, please call the store first to confirm if we can complete your order.

If your shipped order is returned to us, undelivered due to a incorrect address provided by you, we will gladly reach out to you and reship fresh product to the correct address as long as you pay for the secondary shipping.

We will do our absolute best to make sure to ship our your order to arrive upon your desired date, however once it leaves our shop, we can not be held responsible for delays by the shipping companies. If your order arrival time is sensitive, its better to add a few ‘buffer days’ to your desired date to make sure it arrives in time. All our popcorn will last 20-30 days.

If you do not include a desired arrive date, we will ship your order within 48 hours of processing your order.

Any orders that are canceled within 24 hours of desired delivery/shipping date will be charged a 15% fee of order total.

If you are interested in having your order delivered (Portland area only), you will need to add “In-Town Delivery Service” to your cart like an item prior to check out. Please note, all delivery orders MUST be placed at least 1 week prior to date of delivery. We only delivery Monday- Friday between 11am-3pm.
